Board positions are elected on a stagger system at the annual open meeting. The original merged board was elected in May of 2005 to begin service on August 1st, 2005, thru July 31st, 2006. Group1 was elected for a period of 1 year, group 2 for 2 years and group 3 for 3years. All subsequent terms are for a period of three years starting on August 1st and ending on July 31st.
